Eels 30 – Panthers 0

Maligned Parramatta halfback Jeff Robson starred on Saturday night as the Eels thrashed Penrith 30-0 in their NRL trial at Centrebet Stadium. Roll Call – Penrith Panthers

After initial fears of a broken wrist Daine Laurie has only sprained his wrist and damaged some ligaments. X-rays revealed not breaks or fracture which will allow Daine to play this week. Michale Jennings is benefiting from the 10 day turnaround. His shoulder has caused him some trouble over the past weeks but with some rest between games this week he will see out the season. It was hoped Tim Grant may be back from his ankle injury however he has not been selected in this weeks team, nor has Lachlan Coote.
